DOUGLAS H. GENT
Mr. Gent has maintained a private general practice of law since 1980 in Hanover and York, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate, magna cum laude, from Houghton College and a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Subsequent to graduation, Mr. Gent served as a judicial law clerk for the Court of Common Pleas for York County, Pennsylvania and an Assistant District Attorney for York County.
Mr. Gent has been involved in a number of community organizations including the Hanover Jaycees, the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, The Hanover Christian Businessmen’s Committee, Rotary, YMCA, the United Way and the Christian School of York. He is currently serving as a board member for 2 international charitable organizations, Interlink Resources International and Freedom To Lead International, and 2 local organizations, Heritage Foundation of the Hanover Family YMCA and Golden Visions Adult Day Care and Senior Center.
Mr. Gent is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all other Pennsylvania courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations, the Christian Legal Society, Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and a Licensed PA Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Gent has received extensive training from the Alliance Defense Fund to handle First Amendment Religious Liberty cases.
As a mediator/arbitrator, Mr. Gent is certified by the Academy of Family Mediator, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and has received training through Peacemakers Ministries and other professional organizations. He has served the York County Courts as a custody mediator and is a panel mediator for the York County Board of Realtors.

LINDA S. SIEGLE
A graduate of the University of Baltimore – School of Law and served as the law clerk for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
Ms. Siegle graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Management, and a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development. Ms. Siegle is a member of the Alpha Lambda National Honors Society through her achievements at Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Siegle is a licensed attorney in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and is admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Siegle is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, York County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and a Certified Notary. Ms. Siegle serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of York County. She is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Siegle was the recipient of the Carl W. Hobbs Community Service Award in 2001 for community Service. Ms. Siegle is active in the Hanover Chamber of Commerce where she is a member of the Ambassador Committee.
